Columbus Day Weekend and virtual wine! For this tasting, we’re partnering with Farfalle Italian Market in Concord, Massachusetts.
Farfalle’s Chef Gina will be making special antipasti to pair with two Skipstone wines. Skipstone’s winemaker is the world-renowned Philippe Melka. He honed his craft at some of the world’s top wine estates (Haut Brion, Petrus, Dominus) before settling in Napa Valley in 1994.

Skipstone Wines:
2018 Skipstone Viognier. Kelly’s favorite Viognier in California. Normally it’s reserved only for Skipstone’s exclusive membership, so we’re lucky to get some!
2018 Preface Proprietary Red. Preface is a new Skipstone wine made by Philippe Melka. Certified organic, grapes were all hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness and integrity of the grapes.

Local Tomato Bruschetta with Burrata. Optional: Skipstone Extra Virgin Olive Oil (+$45) for drizzling. Yum!
Prosciutto, Salame, Coppa Ham, Eggplant Caponata, Olives & Parmesan Crisps
