Take a break from online shopping with some small production French Champagne!

Charles Heidsieck is the smallest of the Grandes Marques Champagne houses, and on Friday, November 27th, it’s coming to your living room. We will be joined by Heidsieck’s U.S. Ambassador, Philippe Andre (@niquesomm) and special guest Argentinean model and actor Horacio Pancheri (@horaciopancheri).

A bit of history on this illustrious house: in 1851, Charles-Camille Heidsieck asserts his independence, takes charge of his own destiny, and leaves his family’s prestigious Champagne House to create a new House that bears his name. And here we are today…

Your tasting kit includes:

  1. NV Brut Reserve. A gorgeous Champagne that expresses the essence of Charles’ style. 60/40/10. You’ll learn what this means during the tasting.

  2. Brut Millésime 2008. Happy holidays to us! This powerful wine (yes, Champagne is wine) is a blend of ten Grands and Premiers Crus meticulously selected by the House. Intense, acidic, just lovely. 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay.

For Boston tasters, Chef Gina from Farfalle (Concord, MA) is offering one of her wonderful cheese plates that you can pick up before the tasting.
