Virtual Dinner Party: Emilia-Romagna in Napa

For this special tasting, we’re partnering with acclaimed Chef Massimiliano Boldrini of RIVA CUCINA, who will be cooking up traditional dishes from his native region, Emilia Romagna, in Northern Italy.
Before the party, we’ll ship you fresh handmade pasta from Massi paired with two Azur wines. Azur is one of Napa’s winery gems, making some incredible Dry Rose and Cabernet-based red blends. Massi and Elan, Azur’s proprietor, will join us to guide the experience.
The fresh pasta and sauce arrive stove-ready, so all you have to do is boil water and heat a pan…and pull some corks!
Azur Wines:
2019 Dry Rose. Azur is known for pioneering provencal style rose in California. The perfect sipper to start the evening.
2016 Azur Reserve. This red blend is typically reserved for Azur’s exclusive membership, so we’re lucky to get some. Thanks, Elan!
